Personal information provided by customers shall be handled according to Personal Information Protection Policy and Concerning Protection of Personal Information of Mitsui Fudosan Resort Management Co., Ltd (hereafer referred to as the Company).

Personal information received from customers via the Company’s Inquiry Form shall be used solely for the purpose of addressing customer inquiries. Depending on the nature of the inquiry, another company in the Mitsui Fudosan Group may be better positioned to address customer inquiries. In such a case, the Company may provide personal information to that Group company.
