Mitsui Fudosan Frontier REIT Management Inc. （hereinafter "FRM"） complies with all laws and regulations relating to the protection of personal information, and endeavors to carefully handle personal information provided by individuals （hereinafter "Individual"） and personal information acquired in relation to the investment corporation asset management business, as defined by the Investment Trust and Investment Corporation Law, under the following policy.
1. Basic Policy Concerning the Handling of Personal Information
FRM regards personal information as a vital business asset and the proper handling of personal information as not only a legal requirement but also a necessity for social accountability to customers, clients and society as a whole. In this light, FRM takes initiatives in protecting personal information in line with the following basic framework:
（1） FRM shall not collect personal information in a dishonest manner
（2） Acquiring personal information shall be within the scope of specific business operations
（3） Acquired personal information shall not be used or provided to third parties beyond the scope of its initial purpose, except in cases pursuant to relevant laws and regulations
（4） FRM shall endeavor to maintain personal information as accurate and up to date as possible, and take strict measures for the prevention of possible loss, misuse, alteration or other security violations of personal information
（5） FRM shall continuously monitor the methods for acquiring and managing personal information, and review protection measures of personal information when necessary
2. Purpose for Using Personal Information
FRM engages in investment corporation asset management and related businesses. The use of personal information is solely for the proper implementation of asset management （including maintenance of investor information） commissioned by Frontier Real Estate Investment Corporation.
3. 3. Acquisition of Personal Information
When receiving inquiries and opinions regarding FRM and/or Frontier Real Estate Investment Corporation via its Web site, FRM requests such personal information as the Individual’s name, email address, and telephone number to the extent necessary to exercise business, showing expressly this purpose of use in advance. Furthermore, FRM may request personal information from investors for the purpose of IR related activities such as offering invitations for results briefings of Frontier Real Estate Investment Corporation. Such personal information will be used solely for IR activities； information obtained in connection with individual inquiries and/or briefing sessions and will not be used for any other purposes.
4. Provision and Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
FRM will not provide and/or disclose personal information including names that could identify individuals to third parties, except in the following cases:
（1） First person informed consent is provided
（2） The provision of personal information is used for masked data such as statistics
（3） The provision of personal information is based on laws
（4） The provision of personal information is necessary for the protection of life, body, or property of an individual, and in which it is difficult to obtain first person consent
（5） The provision of personal information is necessary for cooperating with a state institution or a local public body in executing operations prescribed by laws, and in which obtaining first person consent could impede the execution of the operations concerned
5. Disclosure, Alteration, Elimination and Termination of Use of Personal Information
FRM shall maintain personal information accurately and up to date. When FRM receives a request from an Individual with regards to retained personal information, after confirming that Individual’s identity FRM shall take appropriate actions with respect to the disclosure, alteration, elimination or termination of the use of such personal information in accordance with laws and regulations.
6. Measures for Security and Control
FRM prepares strict security measures to protect acquired personal information from loss, misuse, alteration or other related threats subject to guidelines regarding the protection of personal information set out by the Investment Trust Association, Japan.
